3,  HARBOUR  STRAND,  has  BT Hub  Phone communication,  offering   Free  of  Charge,  Local  &  National  Calls,  International    & Mobiles  barred, with   Ethernet  Broadband connection available   to  guests  who  bring  their   Lap Top  Computers.  Our  Website  www.khaledinvestments.co.uk   gives  full information  of  our Holiday homes.  A copy of the access statement is available from the website with a further copy within the  Clients folder.  Bus Route 14  passes  through  Bembridge  village, has  a stop 100 metres from our  house. The  property  is  a  500 metres gentle uphill walk  to  Bembridge  shopping  centre &  Restaurants.     Bembridge Taxis  based in  Station Road,  Bembridge  01983 874132  are  50 metres from  the house. Our house   is  considered unsuitable for clients  without  full  mobility,  there  are  three  levels to   this  Yachtsman’s  residence,  accessed  by two stairwells,  a  ‘stairgate’  can be used  for safety  of young children.

 

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
 
• There is a large Garage , suitable for a  Car & Small boat atrached to    the house &  One further Car Parking space,  private  to  this property. The  Parking is  aproached by  a Tarmac road without speed bumps,  a dropped curb leads  to  the garage  &  parking  space.    Clients cars should be driven into garage to unload luggage adjacent to the ground floor stairs.  Dogs other than Guide dogs NOT allowed in this property  Nor  SMOKERS.  The  Doorbell  is adjacent to the Garage  door, Keys  are  sent  out  to  Clients  Five  to Ten  Days  prior  to  their  departure. When  car  is   parked  in  garage, there  is  5  metre walk through door to main stairs  adjacent  to the  Front  Entrance.

To  arrive  at  Front entrance,  fork  right  off  of Station road  into   Harbour Strand, drive pasty block of garages on your left.  No.3  is second  on the left .  Our Front door has  level  access to garage  & Ground  floor stairs  to  first floor  &  the  open plan Lounge , dining area,  Kitchen & shower room.
• the  Secondary entrance to  the  rear  of  Property is  off of  Station road.  Climb 10 concrete  steps,  there is  No Access ramp, adjacent to  our  small garden. Climb up  to the  Pati.  The  rear  entrance goes into  the  open plan Dining Room.  CAUTION Oor Patio  area  is unlit.
